Cartons (machine and wooden board)

Cartons are the easiest for machining models. The thickness of 2mm is very easy to cut with a classic incisor, then it is already more difficult and wants a very sharp incisor and strength. Ideally used in gray and white, or in a combination of the two. The big plus is that cardboard can be glued with almost any glue. Dyeing is not highly recommended, as the watercolor board is pounding and can be deformed. It is also suitable, for example, for laser cutting, especially wooden boards, which do not have so many black torn edges after laser cutting. 

Cardboards

There are many types of cardboards. It varies with the number of layers (thickness) and the magnitude of the waves in the middle. The three-layer or five-layer boards with thicknesses of 1,5mm, 3mm and 5mm are most often used. Compared to the carton, the cutters are much better cut in larger thicknesses and they can also be glued with almost any glue. They are produced in brown, white or brown-white.
